Our Beer Cellar

We are huge fans of aging beers in our cellar where they will develop into something very unique. 

Similar to the commonly used approach with wines, beer aging and cellaring is an art that is not appreciated like it should be and we have over 100 unique beers from brewery’s across the world currently sat in our cellar, the oldest of which has been there over 10 years!

We will look to crack open some of these extremely rare and complex beers occasionally. 

They will vary in style and strength but as a rule the best beers to age are darker and with higher ABV’s but there are exceptions to this rule too.

Whilst it is difficult to source already aged beers, Chew & Brews will try to notify all of our customers, subscribers and social media followers of any new release beers that will age well as well as any vintage or single batch releases from our favourite craft brewers!
